Private Lessons
| How do I schedule a Private Lesson? |
| The first step is to contact the Director of Skating, Kevin Franchini at 856-7595 #12, who will help you choose the best instructor for your skater's needs. The instructor will then contact you to set up the lesson day and time. Our staff appreciates sufficient notice of lesson cancellation, preferably 24 hours. |

| When may I take my Private Lesson? |
| The Outpost Ice Arena has ice time available for skaters who want to continue their skating on a recreational or competitive basis. Private instruction may be given during any Publc Skating Session or during Contract Ice Time. |

| Public Sessions: |
| Public Skating Sessions are open to all levels of recreational, free skate, and hockey skaters. We offer Public Skating Sessions dailey. During a Public Skating Session the entire ice surface is for the recreational skater. The right of way is given to the recreational skater, not the figure skater. Monthly Public Session Calenders are available at the skate rental counter. If you are using Public Session time for a Private Lesson, you must pay for admission to the session and for the Private Lesson Ticket prior to entering the ice. |

| Contract Ice Time: |
| Contract Ice Time is for the more advanced free skater. It is purchased in blocks of time and divided according to the level of skating. During a Contract Ice Session the entire ice surface is for practicing jumps, spins, and programs. The right of way is given to the skater practicing a program to music, or taking a private lesson. When you purchase Contract Ice Time, you are purchasing open space on the ice surface which is shared with other freestyle skaters. If you are using Contract Ice time, you must sign up and pay for the ice time at the beginning of each month. The Private Lesson Ticket must be Purchased prior to entering the ice.
