Shipping is done via USPS or UPS, or other common carrier depending on shipping rates. In-Stock Merchandise will be shipped within 3 business days of payment confirmation. WE DO NOT SHIP UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED, so please provide accurate contact information, so that we may notify you of any delay in shipping due to payment problems.Returns
Refunds are not available on programs, classes, and events. Credit towards other programs, classes, and events(less $25 processing fee) will be considered upon appropriate written request. There will be no credits given after the second meeting of any class. All class and program dates are tentative. Outpost Ice Arena reserves the right to cancel sessions due to low enrollment, equipment failure, poor ice conditions, or weather. All efforts to inform skaters of changes willl be made to the best of our ability.
Exchanges of merchandise in any condition will be done at the discretion of management, less a $25 restocking fee. Customer agrees to be responsible for shipping charges in the event of exchange or return.
